1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AtoZ Vyapar ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to run a business (or act on its behalf) to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@atozvyapar.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Description of service
AtoZ Vyapar is a cloud-based billing and invoicing tool that lets registered businesses create sales invoices, quotations, purchase bills, credit/debit notes, delivery challans, manage inventory and customers/vendors, and generate GST-related reports. The platform is a record-keeping and document-generation tool — it does not itself file returns with any government portal on your behalf.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business, GST, customer, vendor, product and pricing data you enter into the platform.
- You are responsible for verifying that invoices, tax calculations and reports generated meet your actual legal and GST-filing obligations before relying on them.
- You must keep your registered email and mobile number up to date, as they are used for OTP verification, login alerts and important account notices.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including generating fraudulent invoices or evading tax obligations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure; (c) upload malicious code, or interfere with the platform's normal operation; (d) resell, sublicense, or provide platform access to unrelated third parties beyond your own registered business use; (e) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found violating this section.
6. Subscription & billing
Certain features require an active paid subscription (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly/2-Yearly), as shown on our Pricing page. Plans are prepaid, non-recurring (no auto-debit), and grant access for the stated cycle only. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change for future purchases (an already-active plan is honored at the price you paid). 7. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all business, invoice, customer and vendor data you create or upload on the platform. We do not claim ownership over your business data; we merely host and process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The AtoZ Vyapar name, logo, platform design, software code, and invoice/document templates are the intellectual property of AtoZ Vyapar and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission, except for the ordinary output (your own invoices/reports) generated for your own business use.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. hosting provider outages, internet connectivity issues). We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AtoZ Vyapar and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, business, or data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. See our Disclaimer for further detail, particularly regarding tax/GST compliance responsibility.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to pay applicable fees, with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the platform, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting support — see our data retention terms for what happens to your data after deletion.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
